My mom and I came up with this recipe a few months ago when we were craving cookies, but didn't want to run to the store to grab all the required ingredients for regular cookies. Also, baking an entire batch of cookies would take too much time so we thought, "How can we use the stuff we have at home to make cookies that are as good as regular chocolate chip cookies?" It then hit us, we could just use these three ingredients and make delicious and gluten-free chocolate chip cookies!

Info
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 12 minutes (varies if you want a chewier cookie)
Ingredients
2 Cups of Almond Flour
1/3 cup of maple syrup
1/4 cup Chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat
In a bowl, add almond flour and maple syrup. Use a spoon to mix the ingredients until they are combined evenly. Make sure the maple syrup moistens all the almond flour. This resulting mixture is a dough.
Add the chocolate chips to the cookie dough and mix to incorporate all the chocolate chips into the dough.
Using a spoon, scoop the dough into balls and place it on the baking sheet. Using the back of the spoon or your fingers, spread the dough and make a circle shape.
Bake the cookies for around 12-15 minutes, lesser if you want a softer cookie, and more if you want a crunchier cookie. Remove from the baking sheet and let it cool for a while.
Enjoy!
